We’ll have a range of stalls featuring favourite activities for all ages. Each class has been allocated specific stalls to provision, please visit each one and show your support!
Crafts & Jibbitz
Prep Gold has been allocated the Crafts & Jibbitz stall at the upcoming Fete! 🎨
This stall offers a fun, hands‑on experience where visitors can make or purchase small craft items. Activities may include decorating keyrings, assembling simple craft kits, and choosing from a range of Jibbitz‑style charms for Crocs
Ticket Sales and Merchandise
Prep White has been allocated the stall at the upcoming Fete! 🎟️
This stall is the “front desk” of the fete and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. Parent volunteers will help sell ride tickets, activity passes, and school merchandise, greet families as they arrive, answer simple questions, and keep the line moving.
Preserves
Prep Blue has been allocated the Preserves stall at the upcoming Fete! 🍓
The Preserves Stall features a selection of homemade jams, chutneys, relishes, sauces and other pantry treats generously made and donated by families in our school community. Contributions can include any type of preserved goods, with simple labelling or presentation where needed.
Lob-A-Choc
One Gold has been allocated the Lob‑A‑Choc stall at the upcoming Fete! 🍫
Lob‑A‑Choc is a classic fete favourite where players throw a token or beanbag at chocolate bars — if they hit one, they win it! It’s always a lively stall and draws a steady crowd of enthusiastic players.
Book Stall
Year One White has been allocated the Book Stall at the upcoming Fete! 📚
The Book Stall offers a great selection of donated books, including children’s titles, fiction, cookbooks and more. Donations will be sorted into simple categories to help visitors browse and find what they’re looking for.
Sweets
Year 2 White has been allocated the Sweets stall at the upcoming Fete! 🍬
This stall offers a selection of mixed lolly bags, toffee apples, and other sweet treats. Items will be displayed in an appealing, easy‑to‑browse setup, with stock replenished throughout the day. It’s always a popular, high‑traffic stall for families of all ages.
High Tea
Year 2 Blue has been allocated the High Tea area at the upcoming Fete! 🍰
The High Tea area offers tea, coffee and homemade scones in a relaxed, café‑style setting. This sit‑down space and provides a lovely spot for families to pause and enjoy the fete.
Tombolas
Year 3 White has been allocated the Tombolas stall at the upcoming Fete! 🎁
A tombola is a lucky‑dip style raffle where players draw a numbered ticket from a spinning barrel. If the number matches a prize displayed on the table, they win it. It’s a fun, fast‑moving stall that always attracts plenty of excitement.
BBQ
Year 3 Blue has been allocated the BBQ stall at the upcoming Fete! 🌭
The BBQ Stall serves classic fete favourites. Parent volunteers will take the lead on all cooking, serving, and money‑handling, ensuring food is prepared safely and efficiently. Volunteers will also support tasks such as assembling and restocking condiment stations, keeping drinks topped up, handing out serviettes, and helping customers find the correct queue.
Cent Auction
Year 4 White has been allocated the Cent Auction stall at the upcoming Fete! 🎉
A Cent Auction is similar to a raffle, where visitors purchase sheets of tickets and place them into buckets next to the prizes they’d like to win. When numbers are drawn, if your ticket is selected, you win that prize. It’s an engaging stall that always draws plenty of interest from families on the day.
Cake Stall
Year 4 Blue has been allocated the Cake Stall at the upcoming Fete! 🍰
The Cake Stall is always a crowd favourite, offering a delicious mix of donated cakes, slices, biscuits and cupcakes from our school community. Items will be displayed in an inviting, easy‑to‑browse setup, with stock replenished as donations sell throughout the day.
Flowers
Year 5 has been allocated the Flowers stall at the upcoming Fete! 🌸
This colourful, cheerful stall sells bunches of flowers and small potted plants, arranged in attractive displays to draw attention and make browsing easy.
Crazy Hair + Tattoos / Bedazzle
This vibrant makeover stall offers temporary hair colour spray, glitter, gel spikes, ribbons, funky accessories, temporary tattoos, face gems and other stick‑on decorations. OSHC staff will help apply simple hair styles, assist with placing tattoos and gems, keep tools and supplies organised, and maintain a clean, welcoming station. It’s a fast‑moving, high‑fun activity that always attracts a steady stream of excited visitors of all ages.
